Regenta Inn Grand ORR Mahadevapura

The location is nice, the rooms are clean and spacious, and breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options. Basement parking can fit four cars and around six bikes. I enjoyed the stay apart from a few management issues: some things weren’t in the room, and housekeeping said they were out of stock. Reception said items like a brush, toothpaste, and coffee supplies could be provided on request, but it would be better to have them available. There was no small fridge in the room either. I’m not sure how it compares with the great stay I had at Regenta Inn in Koramangala, but sort out these issues and this stay would be great. I’d still recommend Regenta Inn to friends.

Subhankar at the front office stood out for his professionalism. Staff made us feel welcome right from arrival, and check-in was quick and smooth, which set us up for a relaxing stay. I left with a very positive impression.

The front desk team, Pramod and Kishan, made check-in easy, and Sushil and Vyshnavi helped get the booking sorted without a hitch. At the restaurant, Swapan did a great job and suggested some good dishes. The rooms are modern, well cared for, and comfortable after a busy day. The in-house restaurant has tasty food and enough choice to be convenient for work trips. Friendly, professional staff, comfortable rooms, and good food made this a very pleasant visit. I’d recommend it for business or personal stays and would be glad to return.

My company arranged my stay at Regenta Inn. The room was comfortable, clean, and well kept, and I especially appreciated Swapan, along with the housekeeping and security teams. They were polite, helpful, and professional. My stay was good, and thanks again to Swapan for the kind support. One concern for future guests: snacks in the room cost almost twice the printed MRP, with SGST and CGST added on top. When I asked at the front desk, the staff member couldn’t give me a proper explanation for the pricing. Management should improve how front desk staff handle these questions, since they’re guests’ first point of contact.
