Regenta Inn Grand Koramangala

My stay at Regents Inn Grand, Koramangala, was meant to run from 5th March to 12th March 2026, but I only spent the nights of 5th, 8th, and 11th March there. On arrival the room had a powerful sewage smell. I asked to move, but the second room had the same problem, though it was a little less severe. I requested a full refund, but the General Manager refused. Because management took no ownership of the situation, I had to stay elsewhere for four nights, which cost me 22000 rupees. When I raised my concerns with reception, staff were dismissive, denied my complaints, and offered no real solution. I also found laundry charges on my bill for items I never used. Please review those charges and refund the 22000 rupees I had to spend on another hotel because of how this was handled. 12th March 2026 Manager Regents Inn Grand, Koramangala Bengaluru Dear Manager, I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with this stay. I’ve stayed here more than five times in a row, and as a woman traveling alone, I’ve always had a great experience. The staff are helpful and polite, and the location is excellent, with everything I needed within 500 metres. For anyone after a safe, compact place to stay, this is one of the best choices.

The management and service were awful. Staff weren’t friendly, and the room was advertised as having a king bed when it only had a queen. They wanted 1200 extra just for a mattress. When we asked why they were showing a queen room as a king, management simply told us we could cancel the booking. The staff’s service was pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

A decent hotel overall. The food was good, staff were fine, and the rooms had ventilation and basic facilities. Hot water worked, there were no major complaints, and the location was good too. The TVs could be updated: they’re older Wi-Fi models with dish TV. Still, watching old channels like b4u brought back some nostalgia, so it was nice.
