The location was good, and the housekeeping staff tried their best and gave good service. The room itself was disappointing: the geyser didn’t work, so whenever you needed hot water you had to carry a bucket of it. They also didn’t provide bath towels.

From booking right through checkout, I can’t say anything went well. The rooms were bad, cleanliness was awful, and the staff were rude. The executive who took the booking later said breakfast for the kid wasn’t included, which made the experience even more frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it or give it another try.

Clean and neat, and the response was good. Manager Hari is a good guy. Excellent.
