The rooms are very tidy, the beds are comfortable, and the washrooms are clean. Room service was the best, and the place was quiet with no outside disturbance. It's budget friendly, good for couples and families, and you can book rooms through Oyo. Complimentary breakfast is available sometimes. Weekends get busy, so booking a few days ahead is better.

The location is a plus, with plenty of nearby restaurants that are both cheap and good. The building seems new and everything was clean and neat. Rooms and bathrooms are reasonably spacious and have the needed facilities, though there are no refrigerators. Breakfast wasn't good enough, and with no pantry they seem to order it from nearby hotels, so you have to get lucky. Even for double occupancy, they gave us just one set of towels and other items until we explained. The rest can be guessed from the pictures.

On my July 19 trip to Bangalore, I came back with my family and booked a deluxe room. We reached at 10:00 am, but the manager wouldn't let us check in even though the room was vacant, and he was rude. Staff service wasn't as good as before. They wouldn't take card payment unless we paid 2% extra, something I hadn't encountered elsewhere in the city, so I had to go to an ATM. Breakfast was very poor again, just upma or masala dosa, and extra items cost more. The room was very spacious and had ventilation, but the bathroom didn't match its standard: the tap water flow was very narrow. Breakfast is best avoided, it can spoil your day.

We loved the place. The location was superb, with many restaurants nearby, and the staff were well behaved. Our room was clean and hygienic, especially spacious since we booked a 4x suite for my daughter. The bathroom was clean too.
