I arrived for a two-room booking I had made six months earlier, only to learn the hotel had been closed for two months. At the last minute, other hotels were charging huge prices. The service was terrible, and it felt like they were trying to cheat people. At the very least, they should have told me or cancelled the booking beforehand. The hotel is closed, so don't book it. They keep accepting reservations, leaving people unaware that it has shut.

The staff acted annoyed when I asked for help, and the TV didn't work while the Wi-Fi kept dropping. The room itself was awful: stained sheets, an improperly cleaned bathroom, a damp, suffocating smell, and mosquitoes everywhere. A horrible stay. I won't be back.

My staff and I stayed in a room on the 12th and 13th. When I asked for the bill at checkout, staff member nagaraj said it had been sent on WhatsApp, so I left. I still haven't received a reply, despite calling several times to ask about it, and the answers were rude. The room setup wasn't proper either. There was no hot water, and the door lock didn't work properly. A very bad experience.

We left that night, after the situation between 12:30 and 1:30 am on 21 August 2025 (00:30 on 22/08/2025) became too much, and moved to another hotel. Room 203, on the second floor, smelled bad and had patches of discolored paint; insects were on the bed and floor. There was no helper to carry luggage up from the ground floor, and the stairs were too narrow to manage it easily. There was no lift, and no good receptionist. You can check the CCTV footage to see what a painful situation we faced.

The rooms are very average, and the door locks aren't proper. One of our rooms had no hot water. The free Wi-Fi seems to be there just for show. Communication was really poor: most of the time they couldn't speak or understand Hindi, and although they understood a little English, they didn't know how to respond to guests.
