OYO Premium Banashankari Metro Station

The engagement hall was a cute space for 200+ guests. We attended the engagement of my niece Dr Sai Saathvika and Dr Rakahit at Pai Vista Hotel. Dinner was delicious, and the RAS malai was superb, though the almond cream soup was burnt. The fried baby corn was good too. Of the welcome drinks, the watermelon juice was good, but the fruit punch tasted a little sour.

For a business traveler, a functional room and clean bathroom are enough, and the rooms have that. The fabulous breakfast menu also made the stay satisfying.

The food was surprisingly tasty, with a few dishes that really stood out, but the service at the Birthday Party at Hotel Pai Vista Banashankari on 24th Jan 2026 was disappointing. During the banana leaf lunch, staff seemed uninterested and stuck to their own way of serving, which I felt came from senior management's instructions. They were reluctant when we asked for things, and mostly ignored our requests for extra servings. The portions felt small for the price. When we asked for a second serving of some dishes, the manager in charge stared at us relentlessly. It came across as if cutting costs and making money mattered more than giving guests a welcoming experience. Food: 4/5. Service: 1/5. Value: 2.5/5. Good food was the only positive. If you want a warm welcome, a satisfying, generous meal, and attentive service too, you may want to go elsewhere.

Housekeeping was the main problem. I asked for toiletries and they took an hour to bring them. I also had some AC trouble and noticed scratches on the floor, though the rooms were otherwise good and well maintained. Front desk staff were polite, and Ajay from room service helped a lot at breakfast. Bhanuprasd was excellent to talk to. Apart from the delay, everything else was excellent.
