The manager responds well to guests, but the room boys behaved very rudely. Their service wasn’t proper, and their behavior was the worst.

When I got to the hotel with an online booking, the receptionist just said “Not available” and made me cancel it myself. The customer service was awful, rude, unprofessional, and no help at all. When a MakeMyTrip executive called the manager to check what had happened, he said, “Wrong number!” I can’t tell if this is a hotel or a scam. The place seemed extremely shady, and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Avoid it unless you want to lose money and be treated like garbage.

The managers held a drunken party at the terrace bar in the middle of the night, and there was no chance of sleeping through the noise. We repeatedly asked them to stop, but they ignored every complaint and let it continue. The management showed no remorse or responsibility and disregarded guest safety, especially women’s. Stay away if you value peace and security.
