SPOT ON 67398 Hotel Shree Pawan Paradise

I spent the day being moved from room to room, five times in all. First they gave me one with no key or lock. The next was crawling with cockroaches and lizards, then the power went out in the third room in the morning. The fourth was on the ground floor, but after a while they asked me to accommodate a few officers who needed to bathe, so I had to move again. By then it was the next day, and I checked out. I went to another hotel the following day. An auto driver brought me here, and I regret listening to him. Don’t trust the photos.

The rooms were awful: dirty bedsheets, a window with no glass, and rats and cockroaches around. There wasn’t any hot water either.

With a busy schedule, it was good to find a place to stay for a while right in the city center. It’s easy to get around town on foot and reach different kinds of transport, with buses and trains for trips out of the city.

The staff were helpful, and the low price is the main reason I’d stay here. The room had a TV, an electric kettle, and a few cups and glasses. At first it looked clean, but there was dirt under the beds. The bathroom door lock didn’t work, and the drainage was faulty.
