Just an average experience. There's no restaurant, and the food I ordered took almost an hour. Service was very slow. I asked for plates and waited 20 minutes. The single extra bed cost 500₹, which felt like a bad deal. There's no view, just a normal room with basic amenities. If management sees this, I hope they can make these changes for a better customer experience. Thank you.
The food was tasty, including the chicken briyani I ordered, and check-in was quick. My room and toilet were clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the AC worked well. I also got a nice warm shower. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels across India, and for the price this one was much better than I expected, worth every penny.
The staff men acted like rowdies, and the owner was very rude. When I told him the AC wasn’t working, he said I could leave if I didn’t want to stay, but wouldn’t get my money back. It was pathetic. Don’t visit this place.
The management was rude, and the AC had problems. The rooms were dirty, and they hadn’t even changed the pillowcases or bedsheets after the previous customer. The washrooms were worse than government toilets. I’d suggest staying somewhere else.
The staff were really humble, and the food was tasty too. Room, bathroom, room service, and management all get 5/5 from me. Honestly, this was one of the best OYO stays for couples in Bangalore. I’d recommend it to everyone.
