My windshield was broken when I came back to my car in the designated parking area. Dashcam footage shows it was fine when I parked, so the damage happened while it was there. Despite my proof, the manager, Selva, refused to take responsibility and wouldn't provide the parking CCTV footage, saying he had to get it from a neighboring property. I followed up several times but got no response or cooperation. I had to pay ₹20,000 myself to replace the windshield. Customer care never answers calls, and the same parking area is also used by A2B customers, which raises a serious safety concern for many people. There's no transparency or accountability. Don't assume your car is safe here, and don't park in that area or leave valuables inside if you value your vehicle. This was very disappointing, and I strongly advise people to be careful. At this point, my only option left is to take legal action against them.

The hotel itself is clean and hygienic, but everything else was disappointing. The reception staff fell short on hospitality. They called me at 3:00 AM to check out and charged me the full amount for just four hours. They seem focused on finishing their duties and collecting payment rather than guest comfort. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The view looks onto the road, and the hotel is very close to the main road. Our trip at jk residency was quiet and pleasant, with neat rooms and excellent service. The staff were very helpful and looked after us well. I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms were neat, and the surroundings were convenient, with essential facilities nearby. I had a smooth, pleasant stay at JK Residency. It's a comfortable place.

Even after I told reception several times, the used cups weren't cleared. Room service staff were unavailable both when I checked in and when I checked out.
