The one thing going for this room is its lower price compared with other places. We were a family of four staying one night in a deluxe Quadrapul room, and the smell and dust were unpleasant. There were cockroaches and tiny insects, and it seemed the room had not been cleaned or maintained. They charged us for a water bottle, while other hotels provide such basics free. The location was poor as well, with no good restaurants nearby.

We expected to stay for three days, but circumstances meant extending day by day for another two weeks. The owner was fine with us adding each extra day. The hotel is budget friendly, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s near cubbon park. Try to get an AC room because ventilation can be an issue. Cold water is a problem, though there’s a dispenser with fresh water on every floor.

The rooms, staff, and facilities are all decent for the price. The area is noisy and surrounded by hardware wholesale markets. If your room faces the road, car horns and ambulance sirens at night may disturb you.

The rooms are small and the area is busy. On the plus side, the big markets are within walking distance, so shopping is convenient.

The attached bathroom was clean, and there was hot water. Towels and soap were provided, too. I booked a non AC double room with my partner, and it was neat, with clean sheets. A decent stay, and I’d come back.
