This was the worst stay I can remember, and it really wasn’t worth the money. The walls were filthy, the rooms smelled bad, and nothing felt hygienic. The blankets weren’t clean either, and the TV didn’t work. The toilet leaked badly. After flushing, filthy water spread across the floor, and there wasn’t even a doormat.

I stayed one night and came away with an allergy and a fever, so if you have allergies or other issues, I wouldn’t go. They charged 1200 for a room that smelled foul and hadn’t been cleaned. The lift was so bad it made me feel like vomiting. The TV was there but unusable. There was AC too, but turning it on made me feel feverish. If you need to bathe, bring a bucket and cup, the ones there were in very bad shape.

The staff were rude, and the service was the worst. They charged unnecessary extra amounts, the AC didn’t work, and the food wasn’t provided properly. Poor room quality and a really bad experience.

There were so many bedbugs in the room. Everything about this place was bad, honestly, metro toilets are better. First time I’ve visited a place like this 😖.
