They said we’d get an extension until 1 pm for checkout, but after taking the 252 rs payment, both Oyo and the property manager refused. This all happened at 4 am. The room was like one in a local marriage hall, and they didn’t even have a water bottle to offer. The most worst experience from OYO, we were told to pay 252 rs and book this stupid room.

The room was subpar, with uncomfortable beds, not enough blankets, poor cleaning, and no proper safety measures. There were bed bugs and cockroaches too. The receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. It didn’t seem suitable for couples or families, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Hope they improve their service and amenities.

We were left confused and dissatisfied when we asked about check-in and checkout. The receptionist replied, “My property, my rules,” which showed no professionalism or concern for customer satisfaction. On arrival, the rooms allotted to us were unhygienic. We were new to the city and had few options, so we had no real choice but to stay in those unsanitary conditions. The receptionist wasn’t welcoming or polite, and nobody even gave us a basic introduction to the room or its amenities. I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I expect decent hospitality and service, which were lacking during my stay.

I had to change rooms twice during a 4 day stay, and the rooms were shabby, with cockroaches everywhere and untidy bed linen. The bathroom taps gave me an actual shock because the earthing wasn’t proper. When I raised it, the person in charge responded arrogantly and threateningly. Pathetic place and worst service. Hotels like this ought to be avoided forever. Wish I could rate it zero.
