I booked rooms here for my in-laws, and they were pleased with the stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were accommodating, and they brought an extra mattress when we needed one. Lokesh was especially helpful throughout. My father-in-law also had positive things to say. I'd recommend it for a pleasant visit.

The room was lovely, and the staff were good, but the place depends on the regular supply for both electricity and water, with no backup for either. Room service was very poor, and there wasn't even drinking water.

We had a good stay at Pride Image. The rooms and washroom were kept clean, and the hospitality was very good. Mr. Lokesh was especially helpful and respectful. Thanks.

I called several times before traveling to confirm my booking for two days, and the hotel had confirmed it the previous week, on May 29th 2025. But when I arrived, they refused to accommodate me for the full stay. They offered only one day, and said I had to check out before 6 AM. It was very disappointing and cost me time and money. I wouldn't rely on this hotel for an advance booking.
