There’s also an ATM inside the hotel compound. If you’re travelling with a big family, the flat on the 4th floor costs a little less than the rooms and might suit you better. Both the flats and rooms have gas cooking facilities. The hotel provides a free car service to NH narayana at any time, 24 hours a day. Rooms come with AC or without it, and they’re neat and clean. The staff have good manners and behaviour.
We stayed in room 209 in October 2018, then room 303 in June 2019. The rooms were spacious, about 80 sq ft including the washroom, with one double bed and one single bed. The sheets weren't very clean, though they changed them after we asked. We repeatedly asked for towels and even one bar of soap, but got neither. Staff behaviour also felt unprofessional, and they didn't know how to speak politely or properly to customers. The hotel is in Bommasandra, Bengalore, and offers pickup and drop-off to Narayana health city, which is helpful for people coming for treatment. That service isn't available if you book through OYO. It's one of the budget hotels in the area, and could be a good option if you're visiting Bommasandra.
The front desk staff became aggressive during a dispute over parking. The hotel uses public parking space but claims it as its own, even though there are no signs saying the parking belongs to the hotel. The front desk men started swearing and damaging private property, and their drivers had to step in to stop them. It happened outside the hotel in front of people. This was a pathetic experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. The service and management were awful too. Staff and managers were disrespectful, rude, ill mannered, and unprofessional, acting more like local goons. In the hotel business, they have a lot to learn about customer service. From other reviews, this doesn't seem to be the first time. OYO keeps apologizing without addressing public complaints. They should take this seriously, because it could hurt the OYO brand.
They even pressure customers to give five stars, which says a lot. The staff were extremely rude and didn't care about guests, often insulting them. When I asked for a bottle of water, they responded very badly. The room service boys seem to run the hotel. I've never had that kind of attitude at any hostel I've stayed in. Please don't check in here, or you'll regret it.
The staff were unresponsive, and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
