The room cards didn't work, so we had to call staff to come and open our doors, and the rooms were full of mosquitoes. We changed rooms twice, but neither had water in the bathroom. We ended up using drinking water to wash our faces and hands. We told the staff, and nothing was done. Check-in alone took over 20 minutes, even though we'd already booked and paid. They charged around 3k for one day, and the reception staff seemed completely uninterested and unprofessional. The place should shut down. Even public toilets have better facilities, and since it's non-refundable, it feels like a way to take people's money.

The rooms were good and I liked the place, though the food was just okay. I stayed for two weeks, and the service could use improvement, especially how the different teams coordinate. Sound carries easily into the corridor and upper floors, so you have to keep things quiet.

A room in a club is what this feels like, rather than a proper hotel or lodge, and there seems to be very little management. Food service was extremely slow, with repeated follow-ups needed to get an order. Hot water might not come even after running the tap for 10-15 minutes. The gate won't open for entry or exit until a staff member comes with a card, which wastes time each time. To order a drink, you have to get a food card, pay ₹200, and recharge it. There's just one smart card per room, so if one guest takes it out, the other can't move in or out. They have 100+ rules and zero management. A waste of money, time, and peace of mind.

BNGV Mystic Premier is known locally as a club, not a hotel. I had a hard time getting there because Google Maps sent me down a narrow lane to the back, where guest cars can't enter, instead of to the main entrance. Lately its directions seem to send drivers along misleading, tight routes where they can get stuck.
