I stayed for five days, and the cooling never worked properly. The ACs were basically just fans. The receptionist was rude and didn't know how to speak politely or deal with customers. They cleaned the room only once every three days. We also got just two 500 ml water bottles for two people, not daily, and had to pay extra for more. For what I paid, it wasn't worth it.

The rooms and toilets were dirty, the towels were dirty, there were lots of bugs, and the smell was bad. The road outside was cleaner than the hotel. Manager Lokith reddy was very bad at handling customers and sat operating from his house. Be careful with online bookings, since you may not get the room you wanted. There are better places nearby. Don't stay here.

The sheets didn't seem properly washed, and the room was filthy and smelled bad. Hygiene and cleanliness were really poor. A very bad stay, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

It looks like a nice transit hotel, but there was nobody at reception when I arrived for my 5am to 8am booking. I had to switch to another hotel. brevistay's customer service guy helped arrange that in about 10 minutes, so thanks to him.

The customer service was awful, and the receptionist was rude. There was no AC in the room, the TV didn't work, and the washroom door lock was broken. I don't understand how this place got a 3.5 rating.
