I paid online for a non-refundable 3-night booking, but the receptionist asked for another 550 rupees when I arrived, which I had to pay. The bedsheet was stained, the wifi didn’t work, and they provided no drinking water. I had to carry water up from the ground floor.

They put me on the 4th floor even though the lift wasn’t working. The blankets weren’t tidy, there was no water in the room and I had to call each time I needed the supply, and there were no toiletries. The worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

I booked through Agoad for 600, but they asked me to pay another 600. The worst place. Never go there.

The area has no shops or anything interesting nearby. Inside, the rooms were dirty, the sheets had stains, and even the clean replacements were stained too. There was no geyser, so we had to use the boiler, and we also found bed bugs. They charged us extra at check-in. Honestly, pay 500 to 1000₹ more and book a better hotel.

I wouldn't pay even 500 rupees for this place. The room wasn't properly clean, and the staff's attitude was awful. Checkout was at 11:00 am, but they were already banging on the door from 10:30 am to make us leave.
