I asked for an early check-in at 6 am, and they kindly gave me a room. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly. I have nothing to complain about. The place is just off the main road, next to the petrol bunk. I'd spend an extra 100-200 here instead of choosing cheaper places that have cockroaches all over.

A nasty hotel with hopeless service. They charged me for an AC room but gave me a non-AC one, then made me pay extra. Never visit this hotel.

The room was dirty and crawling with cockroaches, and the staff were rude after we checked in. When we asked for a towel, they said non-AC rooms don't get towels, so check that towels and soap are provided before booking. The manager and room boys were no help, and some of the boys were chewing gutka in front of us. I wouldn't book this hotel.

It's a budget hotel, though it could be cleaner and tidier.

The lively atmosphere and friendly staff made Hotel Empark a fun place for a group of friends. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities worked well for our group, and the location was convenient. Good value for a getaway with friends.
