Hotel Raj Vista Suites & Convention

At 1:00 AM, after we'd had an exhausting day at the expo, the owner kept calling and knocking on our door, demanding immediate payment and threatening to make us leave. Being woken and pressured like that was harassing, rude, and inhumane. The whole experience showed very poor management, misleading information, and extremely unprofessional behavior. I strongly don't recommend this hotel or FabHotel management, especially for business travelers. Be careful, the online pictures and reviews are highly misleading. We booked FabHotel Rove Inn & Suites, Bangalore online for 3rd-7th, four nights, after checking MakeMyTrip and Booking.com, where the reviews looked good and cleanliness and breakfast were listed. We paid in advance and checked in without being asked for payment at reception. The actual room was extremely small and unhygienic, nothing like the photos, and cleanliness was very poor after a long day at the expo. Despite breakfast being included, there is no kitchen. They ordered it from outside and handed it over, which felt misleading. After the first night we decided to check out early and told the reception and FabHotel support by email. They bluntly said early checkout wasn't allowed, and because it was an online booking, only one night's refund was possible under the terms and conditions. We had no real option.

The rooms at FabHotel Rove Inn were filthy and stank. Staff demanded extra money on arrival even though the booking was fully paid through bookings.com. I was managing the reservation for my sibling's wedding guests. When we refused to stay, the hotel wouldn't cancel it themselves to avoid refunding us, so I had to cancel. We were left without a place to stay and with no refund on a special day. It was an awful experience. Neither this hotel nor bookings.com can be trusted. Do not trust this hotel.

I was there for eight days. The rooms stayed clean, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff were excellent. A perfect stay for me.

The room service was worthless, and both the breakfast and dinner were very poor. For the price I paid, the service and food quality left me really disappointed.
