Fabhotel Gr Lake View

The staff treated me very well, and the tariff was decent. Special thanks to Sijanjeev for being humble and friendly, and for answering customer calls promptly and courteously throughout my stay at GR Lake View Hotel. I had a good experience and really appreciated the hospitality and support.

The room was neat and nice, though the location is a bit far out. Customer service, especially around checkout, wasn't very good. After I left the room and reached reception, the receptionist sent a room boy to inspect it. He found a small food spill on the blanket and told the receptionist, who coldly asked me for 300 more. That was embarrassing.

The person at reception spoke very rudely and treated customers disrespectfully. This was the worst stay experience. A strong no from me, avoid this place if you don't want the same experience.

I don't know how this hotel has so many positive ratings, maybe they're paid. I'd already paid the booking charges, then went straight from the airport to the hotel at 11pm. No one was on the ground floor or first floor in the office. The whole building seemed closed, and nobody opened the door even after I rang the office bell many times. If you book, do so at your own risk, especially at night. There are also lots of dogs on the road in this area at night, ready for you, 😆. Hopefully someone comes along to save you. I don't usually write reviews this long, but this really frustrated me.
