Treebo Tryst Raj Vista

Treebo Raj Vistas has a warm, family-friendly feel, and the manager and team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They treated us like family, which made the stay special and comfortable. Everyone was humble, polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The staff were attentive to our needs, and the service was well managed throughout. A big thank you to the manager and whole team for the hospitality. I'd gladly visit again and recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant, comfortable stay.

The traditional breakfast was tasty, and Hotel manager Jeevan and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed about 10 days at the hotel in Global Village. It's near a forest, so you can hear peacocks. There are also lots of nearby street food options if you'd like to try them.

The buffet breakfast was really nice, and there's a terrace on the top floor for eating outdoors if you want. The reception and other staff were courteous. My room was very clean, had all the amenities, and the AC worked perfectly. A very nice experience, highly recommend.

I've stayed at Raj Vista mostly two or three times a year for the last 3.5 years, and it's within walking distance of Global village tech park. Until my most recent visit, I'd had no complaints about the welcome, room, food or service, and my earlier stays had all been great. I didn't make much of what happened, but wanted the owners to hear about it and prevent a similar mistake. A Jain guest served chicken by mistake could face serious consequences. We ordered one chicken sandwich and one veg sandwich from the restaurant terrace. Bhuvan, the manager who usually takes orders at reception, was away for the day. When the food arrived it looked delicious, but the chicken and veg pieces had been mixed on the plate. My Jain friend picked up a third piece and found it was chicken. I asked the waiter to get the Chef, but was told the Chef was busy and couldn't come up. The other staff didn't seem to take it seriously.
