Golden Fortune Hotel

The staff were the one bright spot: they were welcoming and smiling, and I’d give them a full 10/10. The rest was poor. Our balcony room felt too small, and there were cockroaches and bugs in it, which was terribly disappointing. I told the staff. There was also a strange smell in both the common areas and the room, so I had to use room freshener several times. Loud music from the community hall next door went on until midnight, and I couldn’t sleep properly.

My friend was left stranded without a place to stay because of how this booking was handled. Agoda had confirmed the reservation, but afterward the hotel asked us to cancel it and book directly at a higher rate. When Agoda support tried to escalate the issue, the hotel didn’t answer their calls. This was an unacceptable, unprofessional experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the place.

We picked this hotel because it’s close to the Logos Retreat Centre. The property was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and professional throughout. Arman, the manager, deserves a special mention for his service. I’d recommend staying here.

golden Hotels, HRBR worked well for a short or business stay. It’s conveniently placed for Kalyan Nagar and nearby offices, and the rooms were clean, modern, and looked after. The staff were polite and helpful. I’d recommend it.
