Hotel Pawansree Deluxe Lodge by OYO Rooms

The rooms were clean and spacious enough, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. We’d called OYO rooms the day before to say we needed to check in at 6am. When we arrived, nobody there seemed to know about it, and they refused to let us in even when we offered to pay extra. The head of OYO rooms spoke with the manager, but the refusal didn’t change. They wouldn’t even let us leave our bags, so the two of us, arriving in the city early in the morning, had to wander around carrying them. The manager was rude the whole time and didn’t speak to us with basic respect. Don’t think about booking here.

The good thing is the 24-hour checkout, and it’s very close to Majestic Bus Station, with the metro station a walk away if you have normal luggage. But the management has plenty of room to improve cleanliness, and staff made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep in the afternoon, which was why I’d taken a room. I also wish the hotel had its own laundry, even just a washing machine.

Don’t book or come here. It’s a waste, there’s no cleaning and room service is bad too.

My son and daughter stayed here for one night, and bed bugs bit them. The room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs, and it wasn’t the room shown on the OYO websites. They also didn’t provide the complete bill details. Worst experience ever. I don’t think anyone should book this hotel.
