I come here often, but I’m writing about my recent interaction with Monica. As the duty manager, she wasn’t helpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Her behavior felt rude and unprofessional, with no sense of responsibility. That was disappointing and didn’t reflect the standards I expect from the organization. I expect respectful communication and responsible service as a customer.

Sulekha’s warm, professional service made our stay especially memorable. She was attentive, courteous, and always greeted us with a smile. Every staff member worked to make things feel easy and relaxing. At Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa, the rooms were spacious, tidy, and comfortable, and there was a wide choice of delicious food. The lobby felt elegant, the interiors were lovely, and the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience I’ll cherish. Thank you, Gokulam, and Sulekha in particular. I look forward to coming back.

The cost was very reasonable, and the team had a fabulous, memorable time. Mr. Shafee Ahmed, their Cluster General Manager, personally made sure the right people were there to support us. Thanks to the Gokulam Grand team of B'lore. We’ll definitely come back several times, and I strongly recommend the place. We came for a weekend team dinner with about 50 people. They first offered us a private terrace area, which worked well for our icebreaker, then we moved to the restaurant for the buffet. It fit our group in one section while leaving other diners enough room and privacy. There was a large, varied spread for different tastes, and the chef was ready to bring extra items from the live counter. The food was lip-smacking, and the cozy ambience and rich hotel design felt welcoming rather than restrictive.

They even charged us for empty glasses and plates. That felt petty and exploitative. The room was poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and nowhere near what was promised. Cleanliness was a joke, and the hygiene was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and uninterested in even basic customer service. There was no hospitality or bare-minimum professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable. This place doesn’t deserve your money, time, or trust. Avoid it at all costs.
