I couldn’t stay in the room for more than 10 minutes. As soon as I entered, I started having serious breathing trouble and felt suffocated. I have a health condition, and the room’s extremely small size made it unsuitable for a comfortable stay. When I explained my medical problem and asked to cancel, staff wouldn’t listen properly or cooperate, and offered no solution. I spent more than three hours at reception asking for help and saw no concern from them. Once the room was assigned, they seemed not to care what happened to the guest. They refused to cancel or refund me, and the non-refundable policy feels like a trap when someone has a genuine emergency. Customer safety and well-being seemed less important than business. Bloom Hotel is a well-known brand, but this particular property was very disappointing, and I strongly don’t recommend booking it. Think about it 1000 times before booking, or, if possible, visit first and check whether you can stay comfortably. Otherwise, don’t book in advance.

The hotel is in a convenient spot with good connections to key places. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout, which made my stay wonderful. I had a great time and would consider coming back. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was really good, and room service was quick too. The hotel is in the city centre and easy to find. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities. The Bloom chat is unique and amazing, and actually works.

This was my second stay at bloom, and it’s always a pleasure. Check-in, the rooms, service, and cafe were all really great. The food was tasty and came quickly.

There’s a lot of noise in this area, but who travels in India without earplugs? I ordered food to the room, and it arrived quickly and tasted delicious. The room was clean and spacious. The shower water did get hot, though I had to wait a little while for it to warm up. I had a great stay for one night and didn’t try breakfast.
