The room was awful: none of the lights or taps worked, and the blanket was torn. They earn money by serving guests, but with service this poor, people won’t come back. This kind of behavior makes travel harder, and I think the hostel may eventually close suddenly because of the owner’s actions. He acted just as other reviews described, speaking rudely and telling us to come at 12pm because that was check-in time. We hadn’t been there for at least one day, yet we were forced to check out. After we complained and made several attempts, Oyo customer service refunded only 20% of the payment, and put it in the Oyo wallet despite our request for a refund to the original payment method. That wasn’t useful. Do not visit. It’s the worst hotel I’ve seen.

We booked online through the Agoda app and paid in advance, but at arrival the receptionist said they don’t accept online bookings and sent us to Agoda customer service. He only spoke Hindi and couldn’t communicate in another language. After we called customer care and explained, the owner came to reception but also refused to give us a room, saying they weren’t responsible for online bookings. When I asked why they listed the property on Agoda if they wouldn’t honor reservations, he behaved rudely and used vulgar language. We were extremely upset and called customer care again. They promised the refund within 30 working days, but the issue is still unresolved. Please avoid this hotel. The staff were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Very disappointing. There was no TV, the flush didn’t work, and the lamps were hanging loose. The area was bad too. Don’t trust the pictures.

Never trust this hotel. Couples especially, be careful. Railway platforms are better than this place.
