The location is prime, so no complaints there. We stayed a day or two and didn't have many issues. The rooms were okay, with a few small roaches that seemed manageable. Service could be better, and hot water was an issue. There was AC but no fan. I understand Bangalore gets hot and people need AC, but I'd still want a fan to use in winter.

Janet at reception was polite and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so I had a very pleasant stay.

The rooms smelled bad, the AC didn't work properly, and there were cockroaches everywhere. The staff behaved terribly, and the manager showed no kindness. They wouldn't give us a room at midnight, even though we were willing to pay extra, saying none were available. The website showed refunds as applicable, but they didn't return the money. Because it's on the main road at Sarjapura signal, people may still book when they need a place, but I'd recommend choosing another hotel. The environment was awful, and it felt like all they cared about was taking people's money. Don't waste yours here.

The rooms were about four out of five, and the price was very cost effective. Car parking is available, and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

The room was spacious and clean, and service was quick with great hospitality. It's a good option if you're looking around Sarjapur Road, especially if hygiene and odors matter to you. Even people with OCD can prefer this place blindly. I had a pleasant experience.
