I didn't try the restaurant because I arrived late at night and stayed just one night. The room and washroom were clean and well maintained, in a normal modern hotel. The service, though, was very bad. My room had only one comb and a shower cap in a half-torn pack, while the shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty. The curtains didn't cover enough, so a small strip of light from a nearby building kept coming into my room. It was really irritating.

The waiter UMAKANTA deserves a special mention for excellent service delivery, hats off. The whole hotel was clean, comfortable and felt like home, with service on time. A lovely place to stay.

We paid 2800 extra toward the remaining amount of 3750, and the hidden charges made for a terrible experience. Staff and Manager Ashok Das were polite and friendly, but the billing process and rules were pathetic.

I stayed here with my daughter and felt safe and comfortable, even though we were apprehensive about staying by ourselves. The rooms were neat, the staff polite and cordial, and the restaurant food was very good. I'd highly recommend it for women travelling too.

The restaurant food was very good quality, though pricier than local options. The hotel itself was great, the staff friendly, and the price very affordable for the quality. My room felt luxurious and was amazingly clean. It's about 30 minutes from the airport, but absolutely worth it. I'd definitely stay again.
