The rooms were okay, but the facilities were poor. There were no tables, chairs, basic hotel kits, or even drinking water. I booked through OYO, but at check-in the receptionist asked me to cancel and gave me a room directly. At 8 pm I asked for water and waited until 9-30pm. I eventually went to their restaurant, where the reply was, "YOU HAD TAKEN THE FOOD FROM OUTSIDE, SO YOU WONT GET THE WATER." It was raining, so I said I’d pay for it. They charged me 25 for water with an MRP of 20. Pathetic service and a strange experience.
