The room was nothing like the photos online, and the hygiene was awful: torn towels, damaged sheets, and bedbug bites. I had to leave at 3 AM because of the poor conditions, which was stressful and felt unsafe. I booked through MakeMyTrip, but they didn't take responsibility or give proper support. Standards and customer care were very poor. Not recommended at all.

I checked out immediately after seeing the room at Royal Woods Premier Domlur by FabHotels, Booking ID: GY80D9. It was filthy, with spit marks on the walls, damaged paint, stained sheets, and a dirty bathroom. After I complained, they showed me another room that was just as dirty. FabHotels customer care acted unprofessionally. Rather than take action, they casually said they'd “clean the bathroom” and “change the bedsheet.” The receptionist was rude and said, “This is what you can expect for ₹1400 per night. If you want clean rooms, go to Leela Palace.” Both the hotel and FabHotels failed to provide basic hygiene or customer service. That response is unacceptable and shows zero accountability. I strongly advise everyone to avoid the property, and FabHotels should take responsibility and issue a full refund for such an awful experience.

Good service means staff respond promptly, make guests feel welcome, and are polite and helpful. A positive report often mentions friendly, attentive staff, clean and well-kept rooms, and personal touches such as local tips or special gestures.

The stay was really comfortable, with clean rooms, great service, and excellent management. The staff were outstanding. I'd definitely visit again.
