Hotel Metrovista was in a quiet, peaceful area, and the rooms were tidy and properly maintained. Staff were polite and service was good. A few small cockroaches in the room corners were concerning, though, so maintenance and pest control need work. There are no dental kits, and breakfast was quite disappointing. I’d order through Swiggy or Zomato instead, especially with an A2B nearby. Better upkeep and food would make the stay much better.
4/10
I’d picked this hotel because it had a 4.5+ rating, but I was disappointed enough to check out the very next day. The room was poorly lit, and the AC cooling wasn’t adequate. It only worked at 16 degrees. The bed and furniture weren’t maintained, and the fan was dirty. A big letdown.
2/10
Only the reception team were helpful and supportive. Some other staff members were rude to guests, and management didn’t seem professional. Cleaning was poor, with cockroaches in the room, and a lot of the equipment and facilities weren’t working properly. The stay fell short of expectations and needs significant improvement.
10/10
Reports were accurate and delivered on time, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly too. I highly recommend Agilus Diagnostics.
10/10
Sikandar at reception was especially supportive, and the management were polite and helpful. The room was a good size and clean, and breakfast in the morning was good too. A very good place to stay.
