At KEYS PRIMA, it took over 20 minutes just to get a room key, while staff seemed clueless and unconcerned as we waited with our luggage. The AC was dead. Maintenance came after a long wait, fiddled with it, and left without fixing it. They refused to move us, so we spent the night in a hot, stuffy room. Food was another mess. A veg biryani quoted at 20 minutes arrived cold and tasteless after 1 hour 15 minutes and 4-5 follow-up calls. The room also lacked basics like slippers, a bathrobe, and proper toiletries, especially surprising for the price. When we raised all of this, management offered no apology, solution, or compensation. Just blank faces. Pathetic service and no customer care. Save your money and sanity, avoid this place.

Even now, the memories of our baby shower at Keys Hotel on 19th February 2026 feel fresh and special. Our family was so pleased with the warm hospitality and service. Ms. Debjani Chakraborty handled everything from the venue booking and menu to our last-minute requests, with real care and professionalism. Chef Vikram and his team also made the event run smoothly. The food was outstanding in both taste and presentation, well beyond what we expected. They even arranged Jain food for my mother at the last minute, which meant a lot to us. We're deeply grateful to them for making the celebration so memorable. They're valuable members of Keys Hotel, and we wish them all the best and continued success.

Manager Gowtham took great care of us and made sure everything went well. The hospitality and service were lovely, and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. A wonderful experience.

We found the food good, and the room was very spacious with lots of facilities. The hotel is well maintained, and the staff were prompt and polite. Mr. VINITH KUMAR at reception helped make both check-in and check-out smooth with his quick response. Recommended.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and Sathi and Milan were especially welcoming and kind. At breakfast, the complimentary buffet had plenty of choices and was excellent. My room was clean and well maintained, and the location has convenient transport access. I had a great, comfortable stay at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels and highly recommend it.
