It's a crowded area, so be ready for that. The rooms were clean and spacious, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff and manager were really good, and went out of their way to help. I'd recommend the place.

The hotel wouldn't take responsibility and kept sending me to agoda, its booking partner, for help. I got no service and lost my money. Its customer service was the worst, and the no-refund, no-date-change policy is awful. They weren't helpful at all.

The rooms were cozy enough, and the location works well if you're around ITPL. Still, parking was a big issue. They don't have space even for a bike. I stayed three days and housekeeping never came, despite asking at reception. I was disappointed with both the breakfast and the food I ordered. Just an average stay, and the staff could do better.

I booked three rooms for family members. The rooms had plenty of space, but the bedsheets and blankets smelled bad. It's about 500m from the main road, which was fine.
