I needed to leave early for an important workday, so the night before I asked them to have breakfast ready by 8:00 am. They said it would be fine, but despite several calls the next morning, they didn't bring it until 9:00. They shouldn't promise something they can't deliver. If they'd said they couldn't arrange it, I could have ordered through a food delivery app instead. I trusted their word and ended up late for a very important day at work.

We visited to arrange a bulk room booking for a wedding and agreed on a price. The very next day, the manager refused to honor it, saying the agreement had been made over the phone, and raised the price much higher because the wedding was in December. Poor dignity from the management and staff. This felt like price manipulation.

The bathrooms were dirty and in terrible condition, and the staff were rude. The worst part was the pricing: they show a lower rate online, then ask for more when you arrive. The worst stay you can imagine.

I stayed four days, and they had plenty of time to return my original driver's license, which they had taken as ID. A week after leaving, I realized it was missing and called. The receptionist kept hanging up and told me to come in person. He said they had over 200 unreturned IDs and wouldn't look for mine. That was an extremely irresponsible response to a serious situation. It felt like theft. Edit: I eventually got the license back by going there in person. I had to keep pestering them and send photos of my ID before they finally cooperated. This could easily have been avoided if they'd simply returned it to my room.
