Itsy By Treebo - HSR Comfort

I booked through Treebo and had a very bad experience with this hotel. There was a bad smell in the room, no cleaning, and the bathroom and washroom were very bad. This hotel isn’t suitable for staying with family. There was no satisfactory Diya hotel of any kind. It would have been better if Greebi promoted a Dharamshala on your platform. Treeboo shouldn’t list this kind of hotel under its protection, as it will have a huge impact on their goodwill. I saw many couples at the hotel who had come for 2 hours to entertain themselves, that is, to have sex. This place isn’t at all suitable for a family trip. I’m very upset that I spent money here and request a refund. My wife and I experienced a lot of mental disturbance at the hotel, and team treebo should compensate me.

For the daily rate, this is a good option in the area, especially for a one-day stay. The room itself was average, and the washroom could've been cleaned better.

I really like staying here. The complimentary breakfast is hot, tasty, and comes with a choice each morning. Udupi Ruchi is attached to HSR Komfort Hotel and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, and coffee. Prices are economical too. The receptionists, Shri Sadanand and his brother Shri Ravi, are very helpful. Shri Guri, the supervisor, is a little elderly but quick with his duties and attentive to customers' needs. The staff are polite, courteous, and humble. The rooms and daily cleanliness are great, and there’s hot water around the clock, plus TV and Wi-Fi. It's a great hotel in Yeshvantpur, Bangalore, Bengaluru. ❤️👌👍☺️

After reading the negative reviews, I changed my mind about booking two rooms. Sorry, Ltsy hotels, for posting this. I'll remove the comment only after I see positive reviews.
