The bathroom was in terrible shape, with no toiletries, and the A/C didn't work. We also had to order tea from outside because there were no tea or coffee sachets. The lift was out of order, so we carried our suitcases up two floors. The rooms were unhygienic and smelled awful. Please don't book here. It felt like a total waste of money, and you'll regret it.

The rooms were awful, and they refused to refund the security deposit. Worst service.

My nephew's parents came for an admission and stayed two days. The room wasn't clean or maintained, and the bed was badly damaged, with a spring sticking out. They told the front desk they would check out at 12, but he asked for an extra 1000 and made them pay 500. His behavior was rude.

I was there for 10 days, and after two or three days cockroaches started showing up in the bathroom. The sheets still had stains despite being washed, and repeated complaints didn't get the Wi-Fi fixed. Service was average. It's a budget hotel that works for a day or two, and the location is handy, with the metro under 2 km away and plenty of eateries and markets nearby. We got an AC room for 1k a day, so at that price I'd give it 3.5.
