Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Hosur Road, Bengaluru

I spent 10 days at Keys Select and found the food and cleanliness good. The room, reception, and restaurant staff helped with everything I needed, and the manager checked in for feedback several times, clearly keen to make guests' stays as good as possible. Security and privacy were maintained, and the pantry and other amenities were in good shape. It was a comfortable, well-managed stay, and I'd gladly return.

The staff were polite and quick to help throughout my stay at Keys Hotel in Bangalore. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the rooms were neat and well maintained. The location was convenient for work and getting around the main parts of the city. Breakfast had a good range, and the food was decent. The AC didn't work properly, and the TV had connection problems. If those were sorted out, the experience would be better. I'd consider staying here again.

We held a lunch buffet family get-together for around 90 people at Keys Hosur road. There was a wide selection of menu options, the food was delicious, and guests complimented it. Mr Thiruselam and his team were approachable and gave great service. We had a wonderful event.

I am currently staying at Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Hosur Road, Bangalore, and had a deeply disappointing breakfast experience as a vegetarian guest. During the live counter service, the chef handled eggs for omelets, then dipped his hands into the dosa batter without washing them. This happened in front of restaurant manager Mr. Sachidanand Rana. From how it was handled, it seemed to me this might be a regular practice, though I can't know that for certain. I raised the concern publicly with Mr. Sachidanand Rana and Mr. Naveen Kumar, GM of the property. They apologized after the incident was pointed out, called it a one-time mistake, and seemed to offer only scripted concern. The way the situation unfolded left me feeling they were trying to pacify guests rather than address it seriously. This is about hygiene, honesty, and respect for dietary choices and beliefs. Vegetarian guests should be told the truth about how food is handled. Management should take this feedback seriously. Proper separation, hygiene practices, and respect for dietary preferences are essential. I found this deeply disrespectful and unacceptable.
