We stayed for four days, but they charged us for five. Their stated check-in and check-out timing was 12 to 11, yet when I was leaving they said our checkout time was 9:30 and charged an extra day. They take money without providing proper basic services, and the charges don’t feel justified. The people there seemed totally fraudulent to me. Don’t visit.

The management wasn’t good, though Sanju was polite and tried to sort out the problems. I was convinced by how courteously he spoke. The room was dirty, the basin leaked, and there was no power backup. The bedsheets and towel were dirty, and hot water wasn’t coming. For a non-AC room, the charge was also very high. Don’t go to this hotel.

The convenient location made this an easy choice for a quick visit, and the fast Wi-Fi and in-room tea and coffee were handy. I only stayed one night, but the room was quiet, clean, comfortable, and had what I needed. The bed was cozy, and the fresh, soft linens helped me sleep well. The staff were warm and helpful, and check-in and check-out were efficient. It was a hassle-free stay, and I’d consider returning for longer next time.
