The service was impeccable. Staff were always ready to help with a smile, and they readily brought toiletries when I'd forgotten mine. The rooftop is quiet, with good WiFi, and it serves breakfast if you've opted in. Most guests seemed to be corporate employees. The rooms, location, and service are all great value for the price, and the in house kitchen menu is affordable too. I booked a double room with a balcony. The balcony was small, but that didn't matter much to me. Rooms book quickly, and this was the only option available. It had a little kitchenette and plenty of storage. The beds were comfortable, the hot water was a blessing, and the washroom was clean, though the bathing area was very small. I liked the location. It's close to St. John's Road, about a 5-10 minute cab ride from Church Street and 25-30 minutes from Indiranagar. As of Jan 2026, there's a KFC on the ground floor of the hotel building if you don't want to order from the in house restaurant. To the right of the hotel, there are several prominent restaurants. Thom's Bakery and Supermarket is a five minute walk away for food and groceries.

The executive king room with balcony I booked smelled foul, and the bathroom was filthy and stinking. I changed rooms, but the others weren't properly maintained either. Room amenities weren't provided in advance, so I had to call housekeeping to get them. This place needs a lot of improvement, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was spacious, the locality was good, and the staff were great. The reception lady gave wonderful service, and housekeeping was good. The linen was worn but clean. Breakfast was quite good, with fresh dosa and omlette, and the covered rooftop area where it was served was lovely in February. There was hot water for showers at any time of day, plus a kettle, fridge, and small in room safe. Room service was available too. Excellent value for money.

The washroom was very clean and good, with hot water available anytime. I stayed a couple of nights in Bangalore, and as a solo traveler, I found the place okay for either business or personal trips. The rooms are very compact with little ventilation. There's basement parking for a few vehicles. If you're traveling by car with family and a lot of luggage, this location may not be ideal, though it wasn't an issue for me on my own.
