Daffodil Delight

I left feeling completely frustrated by this stay. The place calls itself a three-star hotel, but it didn't feel like one, and I would never stay here again, even if offered a free night. Staff, including the manager, were rude and unfriendly. They charge for breakfast, and there's no room service. This has been the worst and most disgusting hotel I've stayed at in Bangalore. If negative stars were possible, I'd give it minus infinity. I booked two nights, but the room was nothing like the photos. It was cramped and suffocating, and neither the AC nor the TV worked. At checkout, they stopped me while I was handing back the key and showed me two photos. They said pomegranate juice drops on the bedsheet and blanket cover meant I'd damaged them, though they could simply have been washed. They also claimed the kettle couldn't be used again because I'd made and eaten Maggie in it. I'd made Maggie with the kettle and eaten some fruit I'd brought along, and until checkout everything had seemed normal. They charged 1300 for the bedsheet, 700 for the blanket cover, and 1600 for the kettle, plus 5% GST on each item. They said they'd done this before, charging customers for alleged damage at checkout. Please listen to me and don't stay here. Sleeping on the street would be better.

The staff behaved well overall, and their other services were noteworthy. The room wasn't ready even though we arrived after check-in time, but it was neat and clean once available, and affordable too. Thanks for the lovely experience.

It's a good location and easy on the budget, though metro construction brings traffic at peak times. The food service could be improved.

I was here for a logos retreat and found the stay comfortable. The room was very clean, and both the food and service were very good. Arshiya and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful.
