I felt safe and at ease here, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff gave outstanding service and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. My stay at Hotel Golden Arch was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I was surprised when I tried to book eight nights from Australia and was told only Indians can book. I thought overseas tourists would be welcome. Has anyone run into this at other hotels in India? Thanks for the owner's explanation. I understand, but please train staff to explain this to overseas customers upfront when they try to book. Regards.

I felt really bad about the checkout rule. If someone is arriving, you have to come before 11 am for it to count as 24 hours. After that, they charge the same full price even if you stay less than 24 hours.

I booked a room here today and had a really good experience. The staff were nice and friendly, and everything worked fine, including the hot water, AC and TV. Complimentary snacks and water were provided too. I’d definitely stay here again when I come to Bangalore. Thank you, Golden Arch Hotel, for the wonderful hospitality.

The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the staff treated customers nicely. It’s near a bus stop and metro station. Bring ID proof when booking. I was okay with the booking, but the price felt too high for travellers or a one-night stay. It was 1600rs for one day, even though we didn’t stay 24 hours. If it were at least 1000rs, that would be fine. I hope they lower it a little so it’s more comfortable for travellers.
