The photos and ratings felt like a complete catfish compared with what I found. My parents were moved to another room instead of the staff changing their dirty bedsheets. The room was filthy and had cockroaches. Some lamps and switches were broken and didn’t work. They also wouldn’t let me park my large car inside the gated area, saying, “If we give it to you, we have to give it to everyone.” I had to leave it on the street.

I was in town for a tech conference in Yeswanthpur, and 1700 a day just wasn’t worth it. The room had no ventilation, and the sheets were so ugly. Food was average, though the washroom was well maintained in my case. It took repeated calls over two days to get a TV remote. They said the water bottle stock had run out and promised some in the morning, but bottles weren’t provided. The staff weren’t cooperative and didn’t respond properly.

Horrible stay. The pillows and bed were stained yellow, and the service was rubbish. Breakfast was included in our package, but the staff told us to go out and buy it ourselves. Please don’t come here.

The rooms were filthy and smelled really bad. It felt like the room you get depends on what you pay. They didn’t provide complimentary toothpaste or anything like that.
