I arrived with my family, including children and a senior citizen, expecting the fully paid, confirmed booking I'd made through MakeMyTrip to be honored. Instead, the manager refused it and cancelled the reservation, then asked for nearly three times the confirmed room rate to check in. We explained we'd travelled with elderly family and children, but management showed no concern for the distress or inconvenience. They seemed focused only on demanding more money, even though we'd already paid in full. A confirmed reservation should be honored, not used to pressure guests into paying inflated rates on arrival. This was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences. The behavior was unethical and unacceptable. If honesty, professionalism, and reliable service matter to you, stay away from 8th Mile Suites.

Our advance booking was cancelled right in front of us, with the hotel saying demand was high and the online price we paid was too low. After cancelling it, they started negotiating for a price that suited them. The reception staff were extremely impolite and unprofessional, and showed no empathy while leaving my senior citizen father and very young son in a difficult situation. The worst experience at this hotel. PATEHTIC!!!

The rooms and toilets were clean and spacious, but there were no toiletries, towels, or water bottles. The rooms also had no curtains to block the light, which disturbed my sleep.

The hotel and staff were good, but the only complimentary items we got were soap, a towel, and one bottle of water. Nothing else was included.

For two people, they provided just one towel, one bottle of water, shampoo, and soap. There was no one available to help with our bags, and the service was awful. It wasn’t worth 3,800 rupees, and I wouldn’t recommend it. We had a bad experience.
