I was there for around 12 - 15 days, and the internet was down for about half that time. There were also frequent power cuts, both day and night. Apart from those problems, everything was great. I’m happy to share this since you replied, and your team has been very helpful and kind. Thanks.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the AC, TV and geyser all worked. Wifi didn’t work for me, so if you need that, find somewhere else. It’s an okay place for a night, nothing fancy. The food is ordinary, and they charge for water. The receptionist asked me to book directly next time, saying he’d charge 100-200 less than the OYO listed price.

Service needs to improve. They didn’t provide soap or other basic necessities, and the door key was a real problem. An ordinary person couldn’t open it without help, so hotel management support was needed.

The room and even the reception were very dirty. The person there was really rude and didn’t know how to speak to people. I’m very disappointed.
