Finding the hotel took some effort because it sits among narrow lanes and streets, though it’s near Majestic Bus Depot. The staff were courteous, but asked me far too many questions at check-in. Rooms are small and cleanliness could be better. It’s a budget option that makes sense for solo travellers or anyone just needing a night’s stay.

For a budget stay, the value surprised me. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained, and everything in my room worked as it should, which isn’t always the case at this price. Guests have filtered water and fast Wi-Fi, useful if you’re working remotely. Large parks, upscale shopping, and Church street are all within walking distance.

For Rs.300, the Non AC single room is a reasonable deal. It has an attached bathroom, tiled floors, a TV, hot water from 6-10am, and 24hr check out. The single rooms are 2*4meter, and the administration behaved very well. Chikpet Market is close by. The approach road is dirty and ventilation is poor because of the congested buildings, but those things are beyond management’s control and can be accepted at this rent.

The photos online don’t quite match the place. Rooms are just okay, with unfinished details, and ventilation seems poor. It’s in a congested lane and a little hard to find. It’s an extreme budget choice, but I wouldn’t recommend it for comfort or hygiene.
