The property itself was a good place to stay, with quite good rooms and facilities, but there’s no breakfast, tea, or coffee available on-site. My main problem was booking through the Fab Hotels call center: when we arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. We spent time calling customer service to cancel that booking and rebook directly at the front desk, so we wouldn’t have to find another hotel. Fab Hotels needs to improve its backend coordination and service standards to prevent this kind of hassle.

I stayed for one month, and the whole place was clean with no trace of anything. They take great care of hygiene. The room was very clean, and there’s 24-hour electricity, CCTV, and free Wi-Fi. Everything was very good.

The service was poor, and the place badly needs an update. The rooms and building feel extremely old. There was a smell, no sunlight, dusty walls, broken showers, and lights that didn't work. Even the buckets looked decades old, and the bedsheets were torn. Hard to believe.

The room was really nice, and the Wi-Fi worked too. I'd recommend this hotel.

A decent room and good service for an affordable price.
