The manager spoke rudely and condescendingly when I complained, and the unreliable backup meant the power kept cutting out for a while. The property looked run-down compared with the photos, and the corridors were dirty and creepy. My third-floor room was listed as having a balcony, but it was only about a foot wide, dirty, and too small for even one chair. There was no TV or waste bin, and the toilet was falling apart with a flush that didn’t work. My girlfriend and I found the stay exhausting, so we eventually left and stayed somewhere else.

There’s no WiFi. When I asked, I was told the server had been damaged for a long time. The building is in a very bad state, and it seems the owner has paid little attention to maintenance. It could be a nice place to stay if it were looked after properly.

There’s no dependable electricity, the room locks aren’t proper, and the toilets and general cleanliness are awful. Some taps barely have water, there’s no WiFi, and the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. Room service is poor too. If you end up choosing this place, expect a nightmare.

The room looked nothing like the online photos, and its general feel was dirty and poorly kept. I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned, with dirty blankets, sheets, pillows, and washroom. The cleanliness was far below even basic standards, and the experience was very disappointing. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience, from the room service to the staff and manager.
