Fabhotel Emara Grand

I was there from 08-07-2024 to 12-07-2024. The room was big, and the toilet was clean, so the stay was fine overall. I had added breakfast, but there were few choices and only one item was served. The TV set-top box hadn't been recharged.

The staff were no help at all, and the lift wasn't working. The place was filthy and dingy, with no lights, and the rooms had bedbugs and cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting, this place is a total scam!

During my one-week stay, they reused the same bedsheet by turning it over, left my room uncleaned for three days in a row, and didn't provide water bottles for three days. The rooms were unhygienic, and the hospitality was nonexistent. On top of that, I was charged for a day I didn't stay, then had to wait an hour after check-in time before getting a room. The lobby is on the first floor, and nobody helped bring my luggage up from the main road, so I carried it up the stairs myself. I urgently needed to extend my stay by three days for work. The extension was paid for and confirmed through goibibo, but at the last minute, as I was leaving for the office, they refused to let me stay and forced me to check out. They said they'd ended their partnerships with online booking portals, despite the confirmed booking. The owner even threatened over the phone to throw my luggage out of the room and leave it in the lobby if I didn't check out. The staff and owners were extremely unprofessional and didn't know how to speak to customers. I'm a frequent traveller, and this was my worst booking. It felt like a scam. Don't fall for it, and try to avoid booking here.

I booked a room, but the bad smell made it impossible to sit there, so I had to leave right away. If cleanliness matters to you, don't even consider this hotel.
