We stayed from 24th January 2026 to 26th January 2026 after booking a deluxe AC room for two adults and our four-year-old through Agoda. The pictures on the booking sites gave us the wrong impression. Our room opened straight onto the main road, and heavy vehicle noise kept us awake all night. The mattress was broken and sagged deeply when we lay down. There was no geyser, and the solar hot water was barely lukewarm, making an early morning bath useless. The TV wasn't working because the DTH recharge had expired. The AC drain pipe ended inside the room, with a bucket underneath to catch the water. We asked to change rooms. They first agreed, then said there were no vacant rooms. We also asked for shampoo packets since there were no shops nearby, but they couldn't provide any. The room was nothing like the photos. The rooms and service were pathetic. Strictly avoid this place if you're in Bannerghatta area.

I stayed in a non-AC room, and it was well maintained and hygienic. The staff were nice, cooperative, and willing to help with anything. Food prices were affordable, too.

The whole room smelled awful. Neither the room nor the bathroom had been cleaned, and the bed cover was completely torn. I've never seen such a bad hotel. It's cheap, but nobody should stay here.

Parking was very limited, and the room lighting was all yellow, with no white lights, which bugged me. In the executive room we took, a pipe stuck out from the wall under the AC and leaked into a bucket they had placed there. Construction was going on outside at night while I was there, and the JCB noise made it hard to sleep. The rooms weren't that good.
